Project Overview

As part of the marketing push for Fitthree, I created a vibrant set of email designs aimed at energizing our younger audience and encouraging both new and returning customers to commit to their health goals. Unlike the more structured tone used for NK, Fitthree’s identity allowed for a more playful, casual, and visually striking approach, one that matches the lifestyle of a digitally native, fitness-conscious generation.

Design Direction: Bright, Bold, and Energizing

With Fitthree catering to a more youthful market, the visual language needed to match that tone.

  • Bold color blocking: I used rich reds, greens, and oranges to immediately grab attention and break through the noise in crowded inboxes.

  • Playful type choices: Headline fonts lean into more expressive, bold weights and energetic phrases like “COME BACK STRONGER” and “LAST CHANCE TO SAVE,” creating urgency without feeling too corporate.

  • Rounded corners & dynamic layouts: Every layout was optimized for thumb-friendly scrolling with soft-edged containers and stackable visual blocks, ideal for mobile.

Audience-First Messaging

I crafted each email layout to reflect where the customer is in their journey:

  • “New Year Reset” emails for fresh sign-ups and health-focused buyers in January.

  • Re-engagement emails for lapsed users, reminding them how simple it is to get back on track.

  • Lunar New Year promos for timely cultural connection, mixing tradition with a modern wellness twist.

The copy and design work hand in hand to keep things light, motivating, and approachable.

Built for Scroll & Speed

These emails are structured for quick actions:

  • Single-focus CTAs like “ORDER NOW” and “SORT MY MEALS” are placed high and repeated lower for maximum visibility.

  • Important information like promo codes and cut-off times are always bolded and easy to copy.

Every section was modular, allowing the team to reuse layouts for weekly menus, limited-time promos, or feature rollouts without needing a full redesign.

  • Clearer segmentation of new vs. returning users based on visual flow and CTA placement
